I had to reach out to Keppi support because there was an issue with my order, and while they did get back to me, it took longer than I expected. I also had to repeat the same details twice, which was annoying, especially when it felt like they were leaning on little policy loopholes instead of just fixing the problem right away.
To be fair, they were polite and did sort it out in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience. It just felt slower and more complicated than it needed to be, like the kind of customer service where you technically get help, but only after pushing through the fine print...

Putting this together was kind of a pain?? It took me longer than I thought it would, and while the instructions were decent, a few pieces just didn’t line up that easily. Once it was finally assembled, though, it was totally fine

I’ve been using keppi.co for a little while now, and it’s been okay. Not something I’d rave about, but I also wouldn’t say I had a bad experience. Maybe I’m being picky, but it just feels kind of average to me.
Most of the time the site works fine, though I did run into a few little freezes and some pages that loaded slower than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, and maybe it was just my connection, but it did make the experience feel a bit less smooth.
When it comes to safety, I didn’t feel like anything was obviously wrong, but I also wish they explained things a bit more clearly. I kept wondering if I was overthinking it, but I just didn’t feel fully confident. I’d probably give it 3 stars because it’s fine, just not quite reassuring enough.

"I bought this thinking it was going to..."
I bought this thinking it was going to help me save space, but it still feels bulky once it's actually in the room. The design is kind of awkward, and it didn’t fit in the spot I had planned for it at all, which basically messed up the whole layout I had in mind. I was really trying to get my room organized, and now I have to rethink everything. Disappointing. I definitely should’ve checked the measurements more carefully before ordering.

I was disappointed with this. It broke way sooner than I expected, and right out of the box it felt flimsy and poorly made. It just gives off that cheap, low-quality vibe, so I wouldn’t really recommend it.

I tried ordering from keppi.co and yeah, it wasn’t a great experience. The site felt slow, a few pages took forever to load, and checkout kept doing this weird thing where I wasn’t totally sure if it was working or just... stuck.
After I placed the order, I didn’t really get clear updates right away either, so I was sitting there wondering if my payment even went through. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me it just felt messy and more stressful than it needed to be.

I stuck with it for a few weeks and didn’t feel much of a difference. I kind of had a feeling it wouldn’t do much for me going in, and after barely noticing any real results, that seems about right.

I reached out for help with the warranty, and it was okay overall. It did take some time to get things sorted out... but eventually I got the help I needed.

The main thing I remember about this order is waiting around and checking the tracking over and over, only for it to barely change. Maybe there were a few decent updates in there, but they definitely didn’t stick with me. It ended up taking way longer than I expected, and that kind of ruined the whole experience. I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to order again.

I really wanted to like it, but it just wasn’t comfortable for me. After about an hour the seat felt too hard, and the back support hit kind of weird. I kept moving around a lot. Might be fine for someone else, but it didn’t work with my desk setup.

"Box showed up totally smashed"
My first reaction was just, wow, seriously? I ordered from keppi.co and the box arrived all bent up and half open. There was barely any padding inside, so it felt like it had just been tossed around with no care. The product itself seemed okay, but the shipping was disappointing. I definitely expected better.

"Adjustment strap is just a pain"
I really wanted to like this, but the adjustment setup is just not great.
It keeps slipping after I get it where I want it, so I’m constantly having to stop and tighten it again. The little adjuster feels stiff sometimes and then weirdly loose other times, which just makes it frustrating to deal with.
For the price, I expected something simple that would just stay put. Mine doesn’t, and it kind of ruins the whole thing for me.

"Delivery just wasn’t dependable"
I ordered from keppi.co and the product itself was fine, so it’s not even about that. The frustrating part was the delivery. The tracking didn’t update for days, and the order ended up arriving later than the date they originally showed.
Support did get back to me, but it was mostly just “please wait,” which didn’t really help when I had no idea where the package was. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something to arrive on time

"Not as easy to use as I expected"
I thought Keppi would be straightforward, but it ended up being more confusing than I expected. The menus felt cluttered, and I kept clicking around trying to figure out where things were. Maybe other people won’t have the same issue, but for me it was frustrating and not very easy to use.

"Not worth the money"
I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. The quality felt cheap, and when I tried asking questions about it, I kept getting inconsistent answers, which just made the whole experience more frustrating. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion.

"The instructions were... not great"
I tried using keppi.co and, the instructions were a lot more confusing than I expected. I’m sure it all makes sense to someone who already knows what they’re doing, but for me, a few steps felt like they were just missing. I kept having to guess what came next, which was totally fine, definitely not annoying at all. After spending way too much time on it, I ended up giving up.
